7 Pennell – Competent and composed display from the England full-back. Strong under Saracens’ aerial bombardment.
8 Heem – A major strike weapon for Warriors. Strong and powerful and set up both Warriors tries.
6 Olivier – Saw only glimpses of what he can do after being recalled in the place of the unlucky Grove.
6 Mills – Always puts his body on the line and worked hard as Warriors were under intense pressure for most of the second half.
5 Vuna – An off day for the Australian international who was beaten to the ball by Ashton for Saracens’ first try. Denied a try in the left-hand corner in the first half.
6 Heathcote – Missed an early penalty which would have settled Warriors’ nerves. Very much second fiddle to Sarries fly-half Hodgson.
5 Arr – Continues to kick away a lot of possession and, on one occasion, Brits’ counter-attack led to a second try for Ashton.
6 Leleimalefaga – Did some good work at the breakdown but was penalised for not rolling away at the end of the first half.
7 Annett – Still learning his trade and had a mixed afternoon at the line-out.
7 Schonert – Made some hard tackles and carried well until he left the field with a nasty facial injury.
6 O’Callaghan – No stranger to Twickenham but the former Ireland international probably had his toughest afternoon in a Warriors shirt.
6 Barry – Frustrating match for the former Cornish Pirates man who appeared to fall foul of the referee’s whistle at the line-out.
6 Dowson – Unfortunate to be yellow-carded in the second half as the penalty count against Warriors climbed.
6 Betty – Caught out by Spencer’s early break but regained his composure until he was replaced by Cox.
7 Van Velze – Recovered from his knee problem and was on the right wing to finish off Worcester’s second try. Not the biggest number eight in the Premiership but a smart operator.
