Northwick Manor Primary School swimmers secure Worcester title for third year in a row
NORTHWICK Manor Primary School’s swimming team won the Sainsbury’s Year Five and Six Schools Gala at Worcester’s Sansome Walk pool.
They enjoyed a commanding lead to win for the third consecutive year, retaining their title of Worcester schools champions against 11 other teams.
Northwick Manor’s swimmers won 10 of the 13 events and were never outside the first three placings in the other events.
For the third consecutive year, the Northwick Road school go forward to the next round and represent Worcester and Droitwich at the Sainsbury’s Summer Games in July.
Northwick Manor became Worcestershire champions at the games in 2014 and runners-up last year.
