WORCESTER Warriors chief executive Jim O'Toole will be explaining Dean Ryan's departure at lunchtime today.
Warriors are holding a press conference in the board room at Sixways Stadium at 12.30pm.
O'Toole will answer questions regarding the departure of the club's director of rugby.
Head coach Carl Hogg and high performance director Nick Johnston will answer rugby-related questions.
Earlier this morning, Warriors announced Ryan had been released from his contract and will leave his post immediately.
O'Toole said: "We are very sorry to see Dean move on from Sixways.
"He has been instrumental in developing and putting in place our long-term plan and we have been delighted with our progress and the momentum we have built up over the last three years.
"We are an ambitious club with sights on the top six places in the Premiership and the Champions Cup."
