RADFORD Autograss Club plan to celebrate their 50th year with another thrilling season.

With more than 50 races per meeting the club begin the campaign on Sunday at Westol Hall Farm near Inkberrow.

There are then further meetings on May 7, June 11, July 1 and October 1.

A club spokesman said: "It is a fantastic opportunity for all the family to get up close to some of the most powerful machines and their drivers racing in the United Kingdom.

"Also with our open-pit walk during the break you can really see the machines and what they are made of with loads of different classes from high-powered superbike engine cars to our class one standard minis.

"You are sure to be entertained with the high-speed action and thrills and spills.

"There is an opportunity for any of the children in attendance to experience a thrilling race around the main track on their bicycles during the interval."

Spectator entrance fees, including track-side parking, are £8 for adults, £4 per OAP and free for children under 12.

Racing starts at 10.30am and gates open from 7.30am.

The schedule may be subject to change due to the weather.
