BROMYARD crowned their championship-winning season with a fine 24-15 home win over third-placed Stoke Old Boys.

The hosts opened the Midlands Four West (South) clash with three quick tries from Alex Parker, Jarrod Kidston and James Mitchell.

Not to be outdone Stoke responded with a try before half-time.

Tom Vaessen scored Bromyard’s final try before Stoke came back with two more.

Bromyard travel to Dudley Kingswinford on Sunday, May 7 to face Ross in the final of the North Midlands Vase.

In Midlands Three West (South), Upton-upon-Severn ended the campaign on a disappointing note as they suffered a heavy 85-7 defeat at champions Droitwich.

The result sees Upton finish in the bottom three.
