DROITWICH Athletics Club members took part in the Wolf Run at Stanford Hall.
The Leicestershire event was part of the Summer Wild Running Series, a combination of off-road challenges on mud, trail and obstacle runs.
Led by club member Sam Charlwood a team of 17 Spa Muddy Buddies completed the 10-kilometre course covering natural terrain, woodland, lakes and thick mud near Lutterworth.
Littered with obstacles, mud-sucking pits and swim challenges not before encountered it tested every member of the team to their limit.
Charlwood said: βIt was certainly a challenge but together we worked as a team and ensured all members completed the course both starting and finishing together.
βI am immensely proud of all club participants and when I assumed chief wolf status for our pack I had no idea what a memorable day we would have.β
