POPULAR goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan has returned to Solihull Moors from Worcester City.

Birmingham-born Vaughan left City for promoted Moors in the National League during the 2016-17 close-season and made 17 appearances despite injuries.

As part of his comeback last season the former Kidderminster Harriers keeper, 36, also turned out for City and their landlords Bromsgrove Sporting.

Solihull manager Liam McDonald said: “I am delighted Nathan has decided to commit for another season.

"He is one of the best keepers in the National League and I am pleased to have secured his services as part of the club’s goalkeeping strategy for the forthcoming season."
