WORCESTER Raiders went top of West Midlands League Division One by two points with a 2-1 win at St Martins.
Chris Cornes and Martin Fowler scored for Raiders who have a game in hand on Team Dudley and Old Wulfrunians in second and third respectively.
After a long journey to Ellesmere, Shropshire, Raiders just did enough to win a hard-fought match against St Martins with five players missing through injury and other commitments.
They visit fifth-placed Newport Town on Saturday (3pm).
