WING Tom Howe has added to Worcester Warriors’ injury woes after suffering a fractured finger.

The summer signing has recently broken into the first-team and scored his maiden try for Warriors in their 24-21 defeat to Sale Sharks in the Anglo-Welsh Cup last week.

But Howe played no part in Worcester’s 45-37 loss at Harlequins on Sunday and the club expect the ex-Wasps back to be out for two to three weeks.

Recent recruit Kurt Haupt is also set to miss Warriors’ Aviva Premiership game against Northampton Saints at Sixways on Saturday (1pm).

The experienced hooker failed a head injury assessment and had to be replaced in Worcester’s 13-try thriller at Quins.

But Warriors were unable to confirm when Haupt, who has arrived at Sixways on a short-term deal, was likely to return to action.
