WORCESTER Wolves will take no prisoners when basement boys Leeds Force visit in the British Basketball League tonight (7.30pm).

The University of Worcester Arena hosts had last week’s trip to Newcastle Eagles postponed due to the weather conditions.

Wolves welcome back a string of players tonight, including Elvisi Dusha, Robert Gilchrist and Michael Ojo from international duty.

Centre Dallin Bachynski should also be ready for some action after an Achilles problem.

Worcester head coach Paul James said: “The guys will be champing at the bit to get out there and show what they can do and rather than beating up on ourselves beating up on another team. We are going to get at them.

“Not going up to Newcastle might have been a blessing in disguise.

"It gave us another week so we could get Dallin back to fitness and on the court.

"Players have just come back from international duty as well.

“We were able to give them a weekend off, a bit more rest and then really do our prep work on Leeds.

"We hope it will be an exciting, up-tempo kind of game.

“The guys coming back need to be playing lengthy minutes and hopefully the students will get back on the court again.

"But we do want players to get quality minutes rather than quantity.

"It’s going to be a really exciting finish to the season.

"There’s a lot of head-to-heads still to be won.

“Hopefully we can win enough matches to make it through to the play-offs.”

Sixth-placed Wolves will aim to complete a comfortable season sweep over Leeds who have just one win under their belts.

Ojo is 15 points away from reaching 1,000 in his BBL Championship career having scored 885 with Plymouth and 100 for Worcester so far.

The trip to Newcastle has been rearranged for Tuesday, April 3 (7.30pm).
