Bromsgrove Sporting secure Midland League Premier Division title
BROMSGROVE Sporting have been crowned Midland League Premier Division champions.
The Rouslers secured the title with a 3-1 victory at Loughborough University as Highgate United lost 3-0 at Worcester City.
Goals from Richard Gregory, John Pykett and Jason Cowley handed them the win and a second successive championship.
It also sees the club climb to the same level that Bromsgrove Rovers were at when they folded.
Stourport Swifts moved up to 17th with a 2-1 home win over Coventry Sphinx.
Adgei Kingsford scored as 10th-placed Westfields fell 2-1 at Long Eaton United.
