STUDLEY stay rooted to the bottom of Warwickshire League Division One following a 112 run reverse against Kenilworth.

Accurate bowling by Andy Rhodes, who claimed three for 19 off 12 overs, and James Cole who captured figures of three for 35 had Kenilworth well contained at one stage as they struggled to 124 for eight.

But the tail wagged with Pat Howard hitting 62 not out while Jorjeet Singh struck a further 26, taking Kenilworth's final total to 200 for nine from their allotted 50 overs.

Studley then slumped to 88 all out when they replied as Andy Rhodes made top score of 22.

Bowlers Muhammed Naleem with four for 20 and Steve Rhodes who took three for 33 caused most of the damage as Studley's batting never got going.

Studley face a tricky trip to second placed Fillongley this Saturday.
