MARK Daffin won a Worcester St John's 9.7-mile time trial at Broadheath involving 25 riders.

He clocked 23 minutes to finish ahead of Simon Adcook in 23.14 and Jez Pile and Rob Nicholls in joint third in 23.28.

Dave Pardoe rode the fastest road bike with 24.49 with Ros Townsend-Hope fastest woman in 29.38 and newcomer Viv Perry doing her first time trial in 36.14.

Martin Lines clocked 23.47, Jason Milner 24.04, Nic Bradburn 24.28, Russell Middleton 24.50, Rikky Hughes 24.58, Martin Stanley 24.59, Marcus Hibbert 25.15, Paul Guest 25.20, Sean Dyson 25.33, Adrian Murray 25.40, Harry Tait 26.45, Stuart Parker 27.19, Chris Pettifer 27.24, Mark Elliott 28.29, Amanda Middleton 30.24, Debbie Hodson 31.11, Jenny Daffin 31.56 and Gail Flanaghan 32.51.

Twenty-four riders took part in a 25-mile time trial at The Rhydd with members competing for the Brittlebank Bowl.

Paul Fulbrook was awarded the bowl for the best handicapped time of 52.04 from Julian Church on 53.12, Allan Watson on 54.09, Hodson on 54.16, Hibbert on 54.39 and Martin Staines on 55.26.

John Lucock from Born to Bike RT took the win with 54.39 from Mark Daffin in 57.10 and Russell Kingston in 59.02.

Tom Mansfield from 365 Velo RC rode the fastest road bike of the night in 59.16 and Sam Clarke was fastest woman in 72.48.
