WORCESTER'S Ben Cole was on his bike at Donington Park's classic three-day festival.

The city rider missed out on podiums but got a fifth and fourth against competitive opponents with three comfortable class wins.

Cole also finished ninth from the pit lane with ongoing electrical issues failing to deter the speedster who was grateful to John Stephens for loaning his Honda 200.

The Honda K4 rider next heads to Mallory Park for racing.

Meanwhile, Darley Moor was the venue for Worcester's Marty Robbins in the Formula Darley Championship.

On the Darley double in Derbyshire, Robbins won his first race.

A few issues over the weekend did not halt the racer as he then finished third aboard his 650 twin with a fastest lap of one minute 5.3 seconds.

The next outings are Aintree and Tonfanau for the Midlife Classic-backed rider.
