BROADWAS Croquet Club's Ryland Trophy winner for the third time in the last four years was John Guy.
He triumphed by one point from Stuart Smith in the annual one-ball competition.
With the temperature in the mid 80s the day finished with welcome refreshments provided by club president John Steel.
