WORCESTER'S Perdiswell Park club monthly nine-hole mid-week medal was won by Ray Day carding 69, nett 33.
The next three all returned nett 34 but second and third places went J Coles and R Richardson on count-back.
The competition for the Olive Hodgetts Memorial Trophy attracted a field of over 50 players.
First place and second division prize winner was Gill Wilson with a remarkable score of gross 85, nett 57. Second place and first division prize went to Graham Potts with gross 77 nett 58.
The second and third places in division one went to Steve Williams and Neil Allies and division two places went to Jasmine Bishop and Bethany Bradbury.
The Perdiswell Park senior team entertained a team from Kingfisher, Redditch, with the home team achieving a convincing 5-1 win.
In the Daily Telegraph Junior National competition the Perdiswell Park duo of brothers Neil and Jason Allies have reached the local better ball match play final.
