A STUNNING first half free-kick from Simon Fitter and a superb solo goal from Alando Davis booked the Robins a place in the second qualifying round of the FA Cup.
Fitter netted a trademark curling strike after 14 minutes to give Evesham the lead but it took them until three minutes from time to wrap up a replay victory.
Davis had only been on the pitch a matter of seconds when he tricked his marker on halfway and raced 60 yards before planting a cool finish past Danny Watson.
Tipton's second substitute and former Evesham player Lee Bullimore was shown a straight red card in injury-time for a late tackle on Peter Wood.
Paul West dropped Danny Scheppel and Steve Lutz was absent injured but replacements Lorcan Sheehan and Joe Clarke impressed in a far more efficient visiting display.
United still needed goalkeeper Nathan Vaughan to show his value with a couple of cracking stops from Scott Stevenson and Tom Warmer as the half-time whistle approached.
Daniel Lennon missed a couple of half chances after the restart but it was Davis who sent the visiting fans home happy on a wet and windy night to book a visit to Quorn on Saturday week.
