DOMINIC Bradshaw collected Cobras Tae Kwon-Do's annual award for commitment and achievement on the club's fifth birthday.
Since 2003, they have grown from 40 beginner students to more than 130 regular martial artists, aged from four to 63 and including 30 black belts.
The club, headed by chief instructor and fourth dan Leo Withers, passed the shield to Bradshaw from last year's winner Abigael Clark.
Numerous students have been taking part in instructor and first aid courses recently.
Future sessions include junior leader instruction and a referees' course planned for October.
Another dan grading is scheduled for June when 11 students will pursue a black belt and nine go for second dan status.
The club branched out into Worcester for the first time last month and train at the Elgar Technology College, Bilford Road, on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Anyone unavailable then is welcome to join in Thursday evenings at Crowle Village Hall or Sunday evenings at Peopleton Village Hall.
Anyone interested in more details can contact Withers on 07796-441823 or head along to coaching.
