JOSIE Farrow won a kata gold while representing Worcester in the Shukokai Karate Federation National Championships in Stourbridge.
Dexter Jauncey added a silver in the kata competition as Worcester achieved their highest medal haul in years with medals also secured in the kumite section.
All competitors train under Shihan Eddie Daniels, an eighth dan, on Wednesdays.
