PERSHORE Hockey Club's Men slumped to an 8-1 beating at home to West Brom in BodyKraft West Midlands League Division One.
West Brom scored inside the first minute and soon doubled the lead from a short corner.
A brief glimmer of hope was offered when a flowing move resulted in Chris Ridings’ neat finish.
However, from this point on, it was one-way traffic with West Brom running the game.
But Russell Scudamore and Joe Taylor impressed for Pershore.
