MARTIN Riley and Sam Foley are in talks with Kidderminster Harriers over their futures.
The pair were offered contracts at the end of last season but no deals have been reached as manager Mark Yates continues to assemble his squad.
Defender Riley has joined in pre-season training and will talk to Yates about another season at the Blue Square Premier club this week.
Foley is on Newport County’s radar, having spent a spell on loan at the Blue Square South outfit last season, but Harriers could demand compensation as the midfielder is under 24.
Yates said: “Sam wants to go to Newport but, under the Bosman rules, although he’s a free agent, someone has to pay compensation if they want to take him. I’d like to keep Sam, the clubs are in talks and the chairman is dealing with that one.”
