WORCESTER Warriors will tackle local rivals Gloucester at Kingsholm in the pool stages of the newly-structured Anglo-Welsh Cup.
In their other group games, Mike Ruddock’s men will entertain Newcastle and London Irish as well as facing a trip to Scarlets.
The new-look cup sees the 12 Premiership clubs and four Welsh regions play over four weekends, followed by the semi-finals and final.
Each team will be guaranteed two home and two away inter-pool fixtures, with the top teams qualifying for the knock-out stages.
Warriors’ Anglo-Welsh Cup fixtures: Worcester v Newcastle — November 7, Scarlets v Worcester — November 14, Gloucester v Worcester — January 30, Worcester v London Irish — February 6, semi-finals — weekend of March 13, final — weekend of March 20.
