POWICK ‘A’ maintained a nine-point lead at the top of Worcester Sunday League Division Two with a 6-2 win at struggling Coppertops Athletic as Mike Collins netted twice.
Wessie retained second spot with Kirk Layton bagging two in their 5-2 home win over Whitehall.
There were hat-tricks for Steve Prickett of Martley Spurs Reserves, who beat AFC Claines 4-2, and Luke Turner as Old Vigornians defeated Anchor Falcons 4-0.
In Division Three, Ricky Buckland was another hat-trick man for Keyz04, who won 4-2 at Lower Wick Sports.
Dave Blundred scored twice for Beauchamp Victoria, who hammered Wychbold RBL Reserves 5-0.
There was a brace for Phil Blea of Northwick Vale in their shock 3-1 victory over Division One leaders The Pear Tree.

The second round of the Worcestershire FA Sunday Premier Cup saw a powerful Martley Spurs line-up overwhelm an under-strength Powick side 11-0.
Added to his Saturday goals, Morris netted four times with Danny James and Mike Fellows both scoring twice.

VBL suffered heartbreak as opponents West Hagley squeezed home 4-3 with a last-minute winner.
