STOURPORT Swifts were sunk by Hitchin Town in Zamaretto League Division One Midlands.
The Walshes Meadow side fell behind to a Jamie Arlick penalty before Alex Lavery levelled. But the hosts’ skipper Dean Gilbert fired home to give the Canaries a 2-1 win.
Troubled Bromsgrove Rovers fell to their fourth defeat in a row with Arlesey going home with a 2-1 win. Glenn Garner put the the visitors into the lead before Luke Benbow levelled but Nathan Frater grabbed the win.
