CMB Sports are making a strong challenge for the Worcester Sunday League Division Two title, hitting the net 25 times in their last two matches.

Anchor Falcons were put to flight in an incredible 17-0 scoreline with Paul Bennett netting five times and Richard Haskell and Mark Bennett both scoring four goals each.

CMB then came away with an 8-3 victory from Wilsons RSVP XI.

James Cross hit three as they beat AFC Mazak 7-1 and then Gary Price smashed the club scoring record.

Price notched his 66th goal of the season in their narrow 2-1 win against Droitwich Spa which also saw Wood reach the 100-goal mark. Kempsey's hopes took a knock as they crashed 5-1 to re-vitalised Mazak for whom Robbie Leonard and Jamie Skyrme both scored twice.

Trinity Lakes' hopes also nose-dived with Scott Pinches bagging two as Arrow 2000 beat them 3-0.

Mark Veale and Carlton Sealey hit hat-tricks as UCW Staff crushed Plumbers Arms 8-3. Then Sealey found the net four times as UCW shared 10 goals with Northwick Sports.

Other hat-tricks came from Gary Otun of Callow End, who beat Cutnall Green 4-2, Steve Turberfield as The Bridge won 3-2 at Reality Rangers and Liam Hine in Droitwich Spa Reserves' 3-3 draw with The Bridge.

Ricky Hastings and Carl Forrester both bagged a brace as Westbury Celtic beat Doverdale Arms 5-2, as did Andy Martin and Adam Beresford of Warndon Rovers, who won 4-2 against Saracen Rangers.

A Jason Lloyd strike gave Malvern Radar victory over Kays, while goals from Paul Bennett and Chris Warman secured a 2-1 win for Lamb & Flag at Pershore Manor Rovers.

Other doubles came from Dean Taylor of Tolladine Sports, who thumped Hallow 6-0, Christian Smith as Droitwich Spa Eagles won 4 -0 at AFC Deers Leap and Mohmadoor Rahman of Sporting Worcester, who beat Pillar of Salt 4-2.
