The talented left-handed batsman is convinced all the elements are in place for New Road promotion in both four-day and one-day competitions.
The Aussie Test and one-day international believes the remarkable win against Surrey in the Liverpool Victoria County Championship, in which he hit 61 and 107, can act as the catalyst to fire the County up the league tables in both forms of the game.
