ECHELON-Spiuk Cycling Club’s James Wall is in good form ahead of this weekend’s National 10-mile Championship in Alcester.
Wall finished second in the Lea Valley 10-mile time trial, clocking 19 minutes 23 seconds behind reigning national holder Michael Hutchinson in 18.52.
Dave Barnes timed 20.42 and Stefan Harrison 21.24.
Steve Dring was second in the Woodlands Handicap Event in Wessex and fifth in the evening Moreton handicap series opener.
In the Climb on Bikes road race at Hereford, Vince Page and Joe Page took 11th and 14th respectively with Marcus Walker 15th.
