WORCESTER Bowls Club secured their third double of the season at Vines Park, winning on all five rinks and claiming a 42-shot victory.
Leading the way was Mark Dawson’s rink, who triumphed by 15 shots.
After taking an early lead, Colin Hemming’s rink finished victors by 13 shots.
Worcester’s other winning rinks came from Arthur Jackson (9), Ryan Atkins (3) and Ian Hunt (2).
They also claimed a one-shot victory over Whaddon from Cheltenham.
Winning on only two rinks, Worcester were led by Mike Harris’ group, who ran out easy victors by 15 shots.
Picking up a six enabled Hemming’s rink to run out winners by eight shots.
Worcester completed another double when they won by 23 shots at Droitwich Spa.
Starring for the city side was Ryan Atkins’ rink, who beat Ron Ashby’s by 15 shots.
Other victorious rinks were skipped by John Weston (6), Mark Atkins (5) and Terry Witherall (3).
