EVESHAM United manager Paul West is forced to make changes tonight when he takes his side to high-flying Cambridge City (7.45pm).

The Robins will be without their Hartpury College trio Isaac Shaze, David Accam and Samuel Mensah for a mid-week fixture once again.

But West will also be missing defenders Anthony Watson (groin) and James Blake (suspended) and keeper Nathan Vaughan (arm) for the Lilywhites clash.

However, former Worcester City keeper Lewis Skyers will step in to fill the void left by his talismanic stopper.

Ex-Redditch United skipper Andy Jones will make his debut in defence after joining prior to Sunday’s 3-1 success over Tiverton Town, while strikers Nathan Jackson and Calvin Dinsley will also step into the starting XI.

The trip to the Zamaretto League Premier Division third-placed side gives Robins, who have only lost once in 11 outings in 2011, a chance to reach their pre-season target.

“I’ve said all along that we need 40 points,” said West. “We are just three away from that target.

“Last year we had 41 points and as things stand we could surpass that total this season.

“We are one of the form teams at the moment but we can’t get carried away and look past this match.”
