At Earls High School, Halesowen inserted the visitors in a match reduced to 36 overs and restricted them to 139-8.
Their hosts lost five wickets in just 33 overs in passing the total with 144-5, thanks to 64 not out by Simon Walker.
Halesowen moved to the top of the table ahead of West Malvern.
With other games abandoned without a ball being bowled, Stourbridge Social thrashed Romsley and Hunnington by 10 wickets in Second XI Division Three, making 108-0 in reply to 104 all out.
The Second XI Knock-out Cup final between Redditch and Belbroughton was played at Ombersley in mid-week.
