Talent scout Hull links up with Warriors
12:51pm Monday 9th July 2012 in Sport
WORCESTER Warriors have today appointed former England international Paul Hull as the new talent scout at Sixways.
Vastly experienced Hull – an RFU Level Five qualified coach - will combine his new position at Warriors with his role as Director of Rugby at Dean Close School, Cheltenham.
The former international, who won four caps for England, spent 22 years with Bristol as a player and coach across two spells. Hull has also worked as assistant coach at London Irish and England Saxons.
The 44-year-old revealed he had several offers to return to the professional game but has opted to link up with Warriors in the new role.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for me to work in the professional game again but also combine it with my role at Dean Close School,” he said.
“I made the decision to leave Bristol a year and a half ago and go into the education sector. It has given my family the chance to try something fresh and I’ve got my head down and built strong relationships at the school and enjoyed it.
“I always said if it went well I would look at rugby and combining the two if possible. The role at Warriors is one that allows me to do that and excites me."

Cecil's pockets must be getting deeper & deeper, cos' there ain't no way even the increased ticket prices can possibly pay for this lot.
We now have more coaches than Astons.
