Worcester Warriors duo Blair Cowan and Ed Shervington return to Cavaliers side tonight in Aviva 'A' League

HOOKER Ed Shervington and number eight Blair Cowan are both set to launch their comebacks as Worcester Cavaliers face Northampton Wanderers in the Aviva 'A' League at Sixways tonight (7.30pm).

Cowan and Shervington have both missed the opening weeks of the Aviva Premiership campaign, but are named in the starting line-up as the Cavaliers look to record a first win of the season in the competition.

Shervington returns in a powerful front row that also includes George Porter and Rob O’Donnell, while Cowan is named in a back row alongside James Freeman and Will Brock.

Impressive full-back Ben Howard is part of a young and dynamic back-line that includes England under 20 international Josh Watkins.

Worcester Cavaliers: Howard; Nellany, Shillingford, Wardle, Watkins; Baker, Frost; Porter, Shervington, O’Donnell, Harrington, Dacres, Freeman, Brock, Cowan.
