4:41pm
City putting the pressure on and pinning Bromley back.
4:40pm
Waldren's shot from distance is easy pickings for Thompson.

SUB. Bromley (77 mins): Jerrome Sobers replaces Pierre-Joseph Dubois.
4:32pm
OK, can City make the most of the man advantage in the final 15 minutes?
4:31pm

4:30pm
SUB. City (74 mins): Danny Edwards comes on and it's Mike Symons who goes off.

4:26pm
YELLOW CARD. Bromley (70 mins): Liam Harwood for foul on Glover.
4:26pm
No changes yet for City. Perhaps time to introduce the pace of Michael Taylor or a different option on the wing in Danny Edwards?

Thorley with the City free-kick, Rob Elvins meets it but that won't trouble keeper Welch.
4:22pm
SUB. Bromley (65 mins): Tony Finn comes on for Elliott Buchanan.

It's Deeney with the flag-kick, eventually scrambled away by the hosts.

City will be looking for more of the same in the second period but with an end product.
4:01pm
Second-half kicks off.

Chances few and far between at present. A bit cagey, a lot at stake.

Danny Waldren has a pop for Bromley but is well off target.
3:08pm
As soon as I say that, Greg Mills forces a save out of Welch.
3:08pm
City doing plenty of attacking at the moment but yet to make Joe Welch make a save.
3:06pm
Tom Thorley chips a free-kick over the top of the goal.
3:04pm

Why have Worcester city never been asked to do a new years countdown on the radio?
Answer. Because they always blow it in the last minute.

On the positive side - we're still 6th in the league despite this. We can really build on this good start, if we learn to eliminate these late goals, and convert our possession into more goals.

The challenge faced by one and all is first to know what to learn in order to eliminate the late goals.
We've conceded 13 goals all season - the majority after the 85 minute. Stands in sharp contrast to the two goals conceded in 14 first halfs.

Doesn't feel like it's a personnel issue though - that's a good bunch of players we have at the back; and the full back combo is the best for, well, as long as I can remember
Wonder whether extra tension now starts to creep in when it's tight near the end...
