ONE of the final events of the Droitwich Golf Club season is the traditional match between the captain’s team and a side from the junior section.
The two teams were evenly-matched and, although the final score was 5-2 to captain Roger Whiteman’s team, this did not reflect the results of individual matches, most of which went down to the 18th.
