FANS will be hoping to see how Kidderminster Harriers' first team are shaping up in tomorrow's high profile friendly clash against Birmingham City.

It will be supporters' first chance to see the likes of new additions Joe Clarke, Lathaniel Rowe-Turner and Kelvin Langley.

Harriers did put out a senior squad against a youthful West Bromwich Albion side last weekend in a behind the scenes game, with a brace for Reece Styche sealing a 2-0 win.

Last year's player of the season Jared Hodgkiss is looking forward to the game.

The reliable right-back played in the same fixture in 2014, which saw the Championship wide win 3-0 thanks to a brace by Wes Thomas and one for Clayton Donaldson.

Last year's game attracted a crowd of 3,928 and with over 2,000 tickets sold on Wednesday, the game, which kicks-off at 12.30pm, is set to be another money-spinner for the club.

This time Bromsgrove-born former Burton Albion manager Gary Rowett is at the helm for City after he replaced Lee Clarke early last season.

Hodgkiss said: "Last year's friendly was a great occasion, there was a very big crowd and everyone enjoyed it.

"We played with a very high intensity and it was a very good game.

"It's the fans' first chance to see some of the senior guys in the squad because we've only played one game behind the scenes.

"We'll have to look after the ball otherwise it will be a tiring day chasing the ball."

Dean Snedker is set to play in goal as Alex Palmer recovers from a thigh strain at parent club West Brom. Calvin Dinsley is also nursing a knee injury.

Blues played two different sides in their 3-0 win over Nuneaton Town on Tueday night, with goals for Lee Novak, Andrew Shinnie and David Davis.
