CAPTAIN Jared Hodgkiss admitted Kidderminster Harriers' first win of the season felt 'unbelievable'.

The Reds ended their 24 league game wait for a victory by defeating Woking 1-0 at Aggborough on Monday.

On-loan Walsall man Jordan Murphy bagged an 87th minute header much to the relief of head coach Dave Hockaday.

Hodgkiss said: "It feels like we've won the Champions League. It is an unbelievable feeling, I had forgot how it feels to win but you cannot beat that feeling.

"That is why everyone starts playing football and I am lucky enough to do it for a living and that win was something else.

"The gaffer said that Woking conceded late goals, so I always believed that we had a chance.

"It was a great cross from Matt Young, it helps that he is right-footed because he can cut in and whip the ball across and it was a good glancing header by Jordan.

"I am delighted because he is great lad and has worked so hard.

"Hopefully the lads will grow in confidence because it had been a while and we can't wait for the next game."
