HARRIERS BOSS John Eustace has made a double addition to his Harriers squad today with the acquisition of a new striker and wide player.

We’re pleased to confirm that striker Andre Brown has penned a one-year deal with the club after his release from Crewe Alexandra.

The powerful hit-man was a graduate of the prestigious youth set-up at Alex, and spent much of last season cutting his teeth at non-league level with a spell at Worcester City in the National League North.

After that, the 19-year-old spent time with Rushall Olympic, netting five goals on an incredible debut there before ending the last campaign in double figures.

Also joining Harriers is wide player Sam Austin after his departure from Championship new-boys, Burton Albion.

19 year-old Sam also picked up key experience of the North in 2015/16 as he impressed whilst with AFC Telford United, before going on to Leamington to finish the season and add more goals to his game.

National League and North sides were keen on pursuing the pair, but they’ve both committed to a career at Aggborough and become our second and third signings of the week, hot on the heels of experienced defender Wayne Thomas.
