How they rated:

Harriers 0, Bradford Park Avenue 2

Hall: Wasn't too busy, especially as Harriers pushed for a leveller. Couldn't do much about either goal. 6.

Vaughan: Busy down right but couldn't get involved in attacks like he sometimes does. Did okay defensively. 6.

Taylor: Solid at the back but missed a massive chance in the second half when blazing over from close range. 6.

Croasdale: Battled hard but struggled to influence things as Bradford closed down well. Full of running as ever but a frustrating evening for the skipper. 6.5.

Horsfall: Composed as ever and won some good headers but wasn't too troubled as Bradford dropped deep. 6.5.

O'Connor: A similar display to his centre back partner. Largely untroubled for long spells but again couldn't stop Reds from conceding. 6.5.

Weeks: Tried to get Harriers on the front foot from deep and had more joy as the hosts piled on the pressure mid-way through the second half. Fired a good effort over. 7.

McQuilkin: A difficult evening for the midfielder as Bradford closed down the space. Struggled to influence things in the middle. 6.

Ironside: Did well as the focal point of the home attack. Did miss one gilt edge chance at the far post from Sonupe's cross as chances went begging. 6.5.

Bradley: Lively as ever and neat on the ball but another that couldn't find a way through. Saw a host of efforts pushed away by Drench or blocked. 7.

Ngwatala: His side's main threat, especially in the first half as he made Harriers tick. Found more space in the second half before drifting out of it late on. 7.5.

Subs: Sonupe: Really good impact down the right and soon created a host of chances. 7.

Waring: Didn't have time to really get involved as Reds looked for something late on. 6.

Unused subs: Brown, Austin, Pearson.
