Oxford v Harriers odds

Buoyant Kidderminster reached the quarter final of the FA Trophy at Worcester’s expense on Monday and co-incidentally, this weekend, Harriers follow up that clash with a dress rehearsal for their last eight tie at Oxford; as they face the U’s in the league.

Flying high in Blue Square Premier, the home side are Betdaq’s 8/15 favourites while Steve Burr’s side are 5/1 courtesy of Victor Chandler, to be only the second side to win at the Kassam Stadium this term.

The U’s home record suggests that a draw, at 13/5 with William Hill would be a cracking result and those fancying the stalemate can obtain odds of 6/1 (Betfred) for it to finish one-each or alternatively, back the contest at 9/2 with bet365 to be level at the end of each half.

However, Oxford’s only defeat on their own patch was in their last game there, at home to mid-table Tamworth and so Burr’s charges might be confident of nicking it.

They’re 10/1 with Totesport to do so by grabbing the only goal and a massive 20/1 (Ladbrokes) to finish on the right side of a 2-1 scoreline, while Stan James quote Harriers at 11/1 to be in front at the interval and the final whistle, as they were in the pair’s Aggborough meeting earlier in the campaign.

Elsewhere, Paddy Power quote Kidderminster at 13/10 to avoid defeat, 888Sport post 11/10 against it being level at the break while Jaxx.com offer 9/10 for the match to produce fewer than three goals, a wager made more attractive by Oxford’s excellent defensive record on home soil and Partybets price Burr’s troops at 8/15 just to breach that excellent rearguard.
