One minute until the rescheduled kick-off and no sign of the players.
Kick-off has been delayed by 15 minutes because the Halifax team bus broke down on tne way to the ground and has only just arrived.
City make four changes to the side beaten 4-2 at Chester with Matt Sargeant coming in for Glyn Thompson in goal.
There is also a debut at centre-half for new signing Graham Hutchison, a 19-year-old on loan from Birmingham City, while Matt Breeze and Kyle Patterson come in for Danny Edwards and Charlie Reece.
Danny Glover and Michael Taylor are fit enough to return to the bench.
