HEREFORD United's long-running survival saga continues to rumble on after their latest winding-up petition was adjourned for 42 days.
The Edgar Street club are due back in Royal Courts of Justice on October 20.
A settlement has been reached with former manager Martin Foyle and assistant Andy Porter, with HM Revenues and Customs taking over as the main creditor.
