FORMER Kidderminster Harriers midfielder Kyle Storer has signed for local rivals Cheltenham Town.
The 28-year-old ended a successful three-and-a-half years at Harriers when he joined Wrexham in January until the end of the 2014-15 season.
Storer was among the players to be cut from cash-stapped Kidderminster's wage bill and he has now turned up on a one-year deal at relegated Cheltenham, who will be aiming to bounce back from the National League at the first attempt.
He had captained the Aggborough club, helping them reach the Conference play-offs and FA Cup third round over more than 150 appearances.
Cheltenham boss Gary Johnson said: "When I met Kyle, I realised how hungry he is to get into the Football League and he is looking for a manager and a club to give him that opportunity."
