KIDDERMINSTER Harriers’ pre-season friendly plans for 2015-16 are gathering pace.

The players will return to training in early July and be quickly tested as manager Gary Whild sends an outfit to face Northern Premier League Division One South side Romulus on Saturday, July 4 (3pm).

Harriers then travel to Southern League Premier Division new boys Bedworth United on Tuesday, July 7 (7.45pm).

They host Midlands giants Birmingham City at Aggborough on Saturday, July 18 (12.30pm), and head to meet National League North team Gloucester City at Evesham United on Tuesday, July 21 (7.45pm).

Harriers visit Midland League Premier Division outfit Walsall Wood on Tuesday, July 28 (7.45pm).

They close out pre-season with a trip to another Southern League Premier Division newcomer in Stratford Town on Saturday, August 1 (3pm).

Aggborough will also play host to Worcestershire FA Senior Cup action as the competition moves to a new pre-season format.

Harriers will host Redditch United or Stourbridge in the semi-finals on a date to be confirmed, while Evesham entertain Worcester City in the other last-four clash on Monday, July 20.

The final will be at Aggborough on Saturday, July 25 (3pm).

Meanwhile, former Harriers keeper Jasbir Singh has signed for Gloucester City.
