HEREFORD FC can be crowned Midland League Premier Division champions tomorrow night if they secure a victory at Coventry Sphinx.

A hat-trick from Pablo Haysham led the Bulls to an emphatic 8-0 win against Heanor Town yesterday in front of 4,162 ecstatic supporters at Edgar Street.

Joe Tumelty bagged a brace and missed a last-minute penalty, while Aaron Birch, Jamie Willets and John Mills also scored for the home side.

Hereford are 13 points clear of Alvechurch.

Alvechurch’s home match against Bardon Hill was postponed because the visitors could not raise a side. Stourport Swifts drew 1-1 at Loughborough University, while Ben Miller and James Baldwin were on target as Westfields drew 2-2 at Shepshed Dynamo.

EVESHAM United rounded off their Evo-Stik Southern League Division One South and West campaign with a 3-0 win at Marlow.

The Robins finished sixth in the table, just one place and two points outside the play-offs.

Karnell Chambers, Clayton Green and Matt Sysum scored for Evesham, while Jordan Brown was sent off for Marlow.
