KAYS' Andy Sanghera continued his impressive start to the season with a swashbuckling 61 in a 109-run friendly home win over Dominies and Guild.

On being asked to bat first, Sanghera and Steve Emson (21) put on 63 for the first wicket before the latter was caught behind.

Gary Smith (42) joined Sanghera and the pair pushed the score on to 147 before the opener was dismissed for the first time this season.

Lusty blows from Darren Clark (23) and Tom Baker (26 not out) saw Kays close on 233 from 40 overs.

Paul Holland (1-23), Chris Jones (2-15) and Dave Webb (3-45) restricted Dominies to 96-8 with Morris (27) and Turner (31) showing resistance.

Andy Wilks added a quick-fire 25 before Baker mopped up the tail with a season's best 4-18.

Kays visit Kempsey on Bank Holiday Sunday for their first away fixture of the year.
