WORCESTER footballer Jamie Insall struck twice to steer East Fife to a 3-1 victory over nine-man Livingston in Scottish League One.

The 24-year-old striker took just three minutes to open the scoring at the Bayview Stadium as he lobbed goalkeeper Liam Kelly.

The hosts made it 2-0 inside 10 minutes when Gary Naysmith’s free-kick found Kevin Smith who headed the ball down for Chris Kane to finish.

Insall netted again on 33 minutes when he beat Kelly to Smith’s lofted delivery to put his side 3-0 in front.

That was the former Worcester Raiders and Bromyard Town frontman’s fourth goal of the season since arriving on loan from Hibernian.

Livingston got one back through Josh Mullin just before the hour mark, but their frustration boiled over in the closing stages.

Mikey Miller was sent off before Alan Lithgow received a straight red card after appearing to elbow Insall.
