MARTIN Lines won Worcester St John's Cycling Club's Heron Shield with a ride of 24 minutes 33 seconds.
He beat Steve Clarke by seven seconds with both racing on a low restricted gear on the 10-mile Chance Lane course near Malvern.
Cameron Davidson took the under 16s win and Andrea Turner was fastest woman.
In the unrestricted gear race 13-year-old Aimee Lane beat all the other females.
Joel Turvey set the fastest time of the night with 23.21.
