PERSHORE Tennis Club boosted their title hopes with a crucial 7-6 home win over David Lloyd Bromsgrove in the Men’s Aegon Division One match.
Pershore are joint leaders heading into the final match at Bromsgrove Tennis Club.
Pershore won three of the four singles matches.
However, David Lloyd fought back to win their two doubles to take the match into a tie-break shoot-out.
Steve Bauer triumphed 10-5, followed by Bradley Smith, 10-8, to take the win.
Antony Fordham and Mike Langston were also in Pershore’s team.
