NIC Dauncey secured the best time by a Malvern Jogger at the Herefordshire Summer Cross Country League race at Abbey Dore.
He was among 15 club members to compete in the third of four races in the series which featured a competitive five-mile team and individual event.
First Jogger home was Dauncey in 39 minutes seven seconds followed by Adam Grant (41.21), Matthew Lancett (42.08), Sam Eden (42.48), Martin Reed-Darby (44.31), Natalie Bennett (45.35), Emily Priest (45.43), Roger Sherriff (47.08), Paul Newman (47.17), Mike Bolton (47.35), Jason Protheroe (48.24), Julie Caseley (51.26), Roy Hart (52.28), Rhian Protheroe (53.23) and Amanda Duncan (55.14).
Caseley also competed in The Thornbury 10k This was the second of three races organised by Thornbury Running Club, with Caseley finishing in 53.45.
