JON Newey was the first Malvern Jogger home in the Dursley Dozen, regarded as one of the toughest off-road races.
Newey also finished sixth overall in one hour 30 minutes and 40.8 seconds.
Nic Dauncey was next in 1.47.28.9 followed by Mike Bolton (2.05.47.4), Mike Anstey (2.36.54.5), Lynda Broadway (2.41.50.4), Viv Tolley (2.54.47.1) and Steve Massey (2.56.50.2).
Meanwhile, Chris Smallmann finished in under an hour in the Muddy Woody 10k near Hereford. He completed the six-mile course in 54.14 to finish in 44th place and ahead of fellow Jogger Ian Fuller in 01:18:26.
Three Joggers competed in the final race of the Winter Warrior series at the Wyre Forest. In the overall standings John Bryan was the fifth senior male with 112 points, Dave Green was first in the v60 category with 150 points.
